Our trade

One trade, taken seriously

We sell neither windows, nor doors, nor thermal glass. Our trade is screen repair: mesh replacement, rollers and hardware, frame straightening, custom fabrication, patio doors and gazebo panels. It is precision work done at your home — the workshop is in the vehicle, and the screen is back on its window before we leave.

That specialisation is a choice. It lets us carry all four mesh types at all times, repair on site instead of selling new, and give a clear price before starting. It is also why our clients rate us 5.0 out of 5: we do one thing, and we do it well.

The owner

Ludovic Talbot, owner

Ludovic Talbot owns Moustiquaire Net Expert. A businessman, he built the company on one standard he does not delegate: impeccable customer service, from the first call to the last screen back in its window.

That standard is not measured by what we say about it. It is public, on the company’s Google listing: 5.0 out of 5, from 143 reviews. A perfect rating held across that many reviews is not won at once — it is won one customer at a time, and lost with the first one neglected.

What about cleaning?

The video shows Ludovic cleaning window screens. Cleaning is not our main trade — repair is — and we usually pass cleaning work to a specialised company. We can still handle it ourselves in certain cases. Just ask: we will tell you plainly what applies to your situation.

The territory

Our route sectors

Greater Montréal is too vast to serve well from a single point. Our coverage is organised into route sectors, each with its own service area — your request is filed under your city’s sector, and we group appointments within the same sector.

Our word

Our commitment

A prompt reply, a price announced before the work, and a repair you approve before paying — by Visa, MasterCard, Interac or bank transfer. Fabrication and installation are guaranteed for one year; damage caused afterwards is not, and we say so up front. If your screen cannot be repaired — it happens — we tell you that too rather than charge for nothing.
